Conference Proceedings: The papers presented at the Conference will be published, subject to satisfactory peer review, in a special issue of the Elsevier Journal �Nuclear Instruments and Methods in Physics Research, Series A�. Manuscripts for publication should be submitted at the Conference. Authors will be sent instructions for manuscript preparation in a separate email. Each participant paying the Full Registration Fee will receive one copy of the Proceedings. (A copy of the Proceedings is not included in the Student Registration Fee.)
